保磁控制设备有两种系列产品：GTBM系列产品适用于一般定电压方式控制场合；LPBM系列产品具有保磁功能的同时具有调磁功能，通过自由调节电磁铁的励磁电压，可方便地控制吸放钢板的张数。此两系列产品为本公司对原GTBM和LPBMPC系列产品的技术诊断改造升级产品，提高了原系列产品的使用可靠性和技术先进性，明显减少了用户的维护工作量。

　　1、作业中遇电网突然停电时，自动切换电源，在设定时间内保证被吸物不致掉落，并可打开卷扬机抱闸，将被吸物安全放下。
　　
　　2、设备成套性好，配有专门的充电设备及完善的显示检测报警装置。
　　
　　3、采用阀控式全密封铅酸免维护电池，充电时无需人工值守，监控电池状况自动切换充电方式，使用寿命长。
　　
　　4、装置轻巧；安装时无特殊求：维护保养方便。GTBM系列产品还可以增加了行车UPS电源，此UPS电源具有以下功能；
　　
　　1)、输入由电池提供的220V直流电压，输出380V50Hz的三相交电流。
　　
　　2)、在吸料时，若电网停电而被吸物下方不具备下放条件，可控制天车的小车移动。
　　
　　3）、停电时可控制提升机构的交流制动器工作，因此，使用该产品，不必将原来的交流制动器更换成直流制动器。

　　选型及注意事项Attentions for model selection
　　1、电磁铁额定电压与设备输出电压相符；电磁铁的电流（消耗功率）之和应小于或等于整流控制设备的输出电流（功率）。
　　
　　2、起重设备提升机构的电磁抱闸，在不使用行车UPS电源的情况下，应改为直流电磁抱闸。
　　
　　3、工作环境温度在50℃以上，或有改型、扩容等特殊要求，订货时需注明。
